Lions Club of St .Thomas Makes Major Donation to the St.Thomas Community
L-R: Lion Treasurer Peter Cline, Lion President Rob Neill. St. Thomas Mayor Heather Jackson, and Lion Jack McBride,Chair-Pavilion committee present a cheque for $25,000. The projected Pavilion adjacent to the southern wood-lot area in Pinafore Park at a cost of $110,000, to be completed mid-June 2013. Equally funded by the Lions Club of St Thomas and the City of St. Thomas with large contributions from the Green Lane Community Trust Fund and an anonymous local Trust Fund."

Christmas Visits to Retirement Homes:
St. Thomas Lions visit residents of local retirement homes at Christmas time. Santa; along with Mrs. Clause, elves, and the friendly Lions present gifts and candy cane treats as well as entertain them with singing Christmas Carols. This annual event sure puts lots of smiles on their faces.
